The scene begins at this weeks world wide show. The arena is dark when the red and white flashing lights hit, and stick stickly blares through the arena. After this weeks PPV match the fans now know this is the song of one of there favorite superstars Justin Sane. In anticipation of what he has to say the crowd immediatly jumps up in cheers.
Announcer:Ladies and Gentlemen!! Please welcome your NEW HARDCORE CHAMPION JUSTIN SANEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Crowd: SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS CHAMP!
the crowd repeats this chant through his entire walk to the ring. Once he enters the ring he stands in the middle of it and holds his title up high in the air. He is then handed a icrophone and begins to speak.
Sane: What did i tell you huh? I told you i was back,Im stronger and better now then i was when i left wrestling. And i plan on showing that week after week, and this hardcore title non the less is just the start. I knew it wouldnt take long for me to have a strap. And fans let me say this now, dont think just because i own this belt im going to settle with it and just defend it. Im still comming up for the higher gold, it just so happens that i am now in contention for the global championship. ..
The crowd cheers.
Sane: And let me say one more thing about this title. I know this is called the hardcore 24/7 championship. And what this means is i can be attacked and pinned for this title at any time. I just want to send a general message to all superstars in the locker room who plan on attacking me for my title. You want it? come get it! ill be ready whenever any of you try anything.
He again holds the strap in the air.
Sane: now on to my match this week. I was walking backstage on my way out here and i noticed that the matchups for this week were announced, and for all of you who dont know the second match of the night read as followed. A Triple Threat Match wich holds Chris Hawk vs Justin Sane vs jeremiah Sloan. Now with me being new to this fed i dont know much about these two wrestlers. But i was just in the seven man hardcore match where Chris Hawk had actually pinned me.
Crowd:Booooooooooooooo!
Sane:Now im not going to sit here and say he got lucky or anything like that, but there wre weapons involed(he laughs and holds up the belt) wich i obviously dont have a problem with.
Crowd cheers.
Sane: Hawk, there wont be any weapons this week there also wont be five other people just the two of us and one other, dont expect to be sneaking up for any pinfalls this time around. This week the GWA will get to expeirence the true wrestling ability of Justin Sane, and i cant wait. Now i guess its time for me to walk backstage and face tons of unworthy opponants running from behind me with weapons. HAHAHA LETS GGOO!
Sane throws the strap back on his shoulder as his music hits, the crowd cheers and sane starts to walk out of the ring.
crowd:SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS HAMP! SANE IS CHAMP!
The scene fades away.

(We join Chris Hawk & Mr. Freeman who are out to dinner to discuss what's going on with their friends Ric Blanchard & Leroy Jackson, as they wait for their food.)
Mr Freeman: Chris what are we going to do? I'm still in shock over Leroy suing Ric.
Chris Hawk: I have no idea. The three of us have been friends for years. And out of no where he's pulling this crap. I'm just can't believe Leroy.
Mr Freeman: I know. I mean I only met Ric about 1yr ago, and all he ever talked about was his best friends you and Leroy. But now one of his best friends are trying to take away his dream.
Chris Hawk: Yeah the night club has been his dream since Jr. High. Now I understand Leroy fronted Ric some money to get the club open. And hell Leroy even took less share in the company out of respect. But a few weeks in jail and his mind set changes.
Mr Freeman: It's sickening my friend.
Chris Hawk: Like Ric, my mind is all twisted over this, and it's hard for me to work on whats important.
Mr Freeman: You mean your wrestling career?
Chris Hawk: Of course.
Mr Freeman: This week you're in a triple threat correct?
Chris Hawk: Right. I'm facing the current Hardcore Champion in Justin Sane and the newcomer Jeremiah Sloan.
Mr Freeman: Yeah you'll have your hands full.
Chris Hawk: Yeah. I just competed with Sane at the Memorial Cup, the guys a tough one.
Mr Freeman: Ah OK. And what's with his ugly ass mask?
Chris Hawk: I have no idea. I guess he needs to cover his ugly mug.
Mr Freeman: And what went wrong with Sloan? He's got ink everywhere.
Chris Hawk: Yeah dude looks like a Dora the Explorer map on crack.
Mr Freeman: And is it just me or could he pass as Jimmy Jam Garvin's son?
Chris Hawk: So true. But is he just as worthless in the ring?
Mr Freeman: I guess you'll find out
(Just then the waiter brings them their food.)
Chris Hawk: Thank you Sir.
Waiter: No problem, enjoy your meal...
(The scene goes black as they begin to eat.)

When I was fifteen years old my grandfather asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. At the time we both were sitting in rocking chairs on his front porch. I looked out at the other houses in the neighborhood that lined the street on both sides. Every house had an issue whether it was a hole in the roof, broken windows, or even worse a broken foundation and the house could topple at any time. Our part of the island of Trinidad was poverty stricken, crime filled, and survival of the fittest ruled supreme.
So as I sat there looking at the neighborhood the only thing I could think of at the time was a drug dealer. Yes, you heard me right. At the age of fifteen I told my grandfather I wanted to be a drug dealer when I grew up. Bore you chastise me, think about it. As a teenager you see all these guys only a couple of years older than you walking around with wads of money and nice cars while the rest of everybody else is trying to figure out how to put dinner on the table. To make matters worse, if you looked around at everybody one couldn’t help but think there was no way out.
“A drug dealer.” My grandfather said smugly at the time.
“Yeah, I guess. I don’t know what else to do.” I replied.
My grandfather looked at me, it would be the first and only time I ever seen the man cry. Actually I wouldn’t even call it crying because it was only a single tear that ran down his face. A look of shame was embedded in his face, and it was then and there that I decided I was going to be a trailblazer and do something positive with my life. I couldn’t stand to see my grandfather like that and I vowed never to see him that way again.
“I’m sorry papa.” I’m not sure if it was really me that caused the tear or if it was the way he and so many others have lived. Nonetheless I felt the need to apologize.
Instead of saying something in response, he went inside, leaving me on the porch by myself. As I look back I know why he did it. He wanted me to reflect on what I had just said and to think if that is what I really wanted to do.
That day changed my life forever and though some may argue that my grandfather did nothing, I owe it all to him. That is why today is a very special day. My cell phone rests in my hand as I search the database for a phone number. When I finally find it I hit the call button.
“Hello..” Over a decade later, his voice is still the exact same.
“Papa! How are you doing?” I ask, my enthusiasm evident.
“Jay my boy! I’m doing as can be expected. Yourself?” It had been ten years since I had last seen my grandfather.
When I graduated high school I left the island and came to America. There was nothing for me in Trinidad and I knew in order to do something with my life I would have to get away from everything. I hadn’t had the chance to make it back, but I always called my grandfather three times a week. However none of those calls were as important as today.
“I’m well…..I have some great news Papa.”
“Shit boy, don’t keep me waiting! What is it?!” There were two things he hated in life; surprises and waiting.
“I’m going to wrestle again.”
My grandfather is an avid mixed martial arts fan and used to participate in fights himself when he was my age. He breathed and lived MMA. Over the years he had also become fond of wrestling and all different types of combat. When I told him about my first stint as a wrestler I thought he was going to have a heart attack from being so damn happy. That’s all we used to talk about and when I told him I had to retire because of an injury he was devastated.
“Holy shit that’s great! Where at?”
“It’s a promotion called GWA. I just signed my contract a couple of days ago and already have my first match.”
“How is your knee? Are you allowed to wrestle?” He was referring to my knee injury that caused me to retire the first time.
“My doctor cleared me to wrestle. The knee is great, I’ve never felt better.” Which was a true statement. After intense rehab my knee did feel stronger than ever.
“I’m so happy for you Jay! Tell me about your first match.” I was happy to hear him so excited. At his age he had little to be excited about anymore.
“Well it is a three way match with two chumps that go by the names Chris Hawk and Justin Sane. The Sane character is actually the Hardcore Champion, but unfortunately the match isn’t for his title. I guess the staff doesn’t want him to lose it in his first match as champion. I heard some things both said the other day and the two of them really think they have a shot at winning this match. However they have never seen me wrestle so they will be in for a rude awakening. I’m a force to be reckoned with.”
My grandfather started laughing, “Show them two sausages what a real wrestler is.” He always called people he didn’t know or respect sausages. Don’t ask me why, he just did.
“Don’t worry I will. I will show the whole damn company how good I am.”
“I know you will. Hey listen, these goons are making me get off the phone for some damn community bingo. Be sure to call me after the match and let me know how it went.”
“Sure thing Papa.”
Unfortunately I had to put him in a “retirement” home because nobody back in Trinidad wanted to care of him. He wasn’t able to come live with me because of a mix up in his visa paperwork. So the only alternative was to put him in the home. It really pisses me off, but nothing can be done. However now that I am wrestling again I will know that he has something to look forward to.
I can’t wait to call him on Monday and give him the details about my domination against Chris Hawk and Justin Sane.

The scene starts backstage at the GWA arena. It is the night of worldwide and Justin Sane is seen walking backstage. He looks quite beaten up after the brawls he has endured backstage this week, over his hardcore championship. he is already dressed as he is ready for his match tonight. As he is walking he is approached by an interveiw crew.
Crew: Hey Justin, a quick word? I have just heard kenws that involvs you!
Confused Justin Sane turns around.
Sane: Well if it involvs me then yea sure.
Crew: You may already be aware of this, but did you know it was just announced that your match tonight verses Jerimiah Sloan and Chris Hawk is now for the GWA Hardcore Championship?
Crowd Cheers!!! SANE IS CHAMP SANE IS CHAMP SANE IS CHAMP.
Crew:How do you feel about this?
Sane: Well honestly, i wont this title just last weekend. And i have already came across more fights backstage in this one week alone then i have in my career. Ive been in this fed a week and i am already a four time hardcore champion. I have been in a seven man match, and now three. I have been bloody and battered. So quite honestly....I LOVE THIS SHITT!!!
CROWD CHEERS!!!!!!!!!!
Crew: So your not at all upset that your body will be put on the line yet again this weekend?
Sane: No its awesome. I mean yea sure id love to show the world my wrestling abilities, but they have already seen in from previous feds. And even backstage i think i hit my finisher three times already this week knocking people out cold. I love it.
Crew: Do you think your opponants have what it takes to take your title.
Sane: Well hawk already has, but that was from behind. Now i know here there and he has no shot. And beast boy sloan is a rook. Also no chance in beating me. And when i did loose my title to hawk it didnt take much time either time to get it right back. He is more of an elimant of suprise kind of guy, dosnt fair to well in fairness. You know he claims to himself hes the hero, he should save himself and pull out of this match.
Crew:You seem confidant about the situation.
Sane:I am thats why. Granted im 4-2 in this fed in just a small week. But i 1-0 in regulation matches. All that backstage shit is just fun to me. Its not wrestling. This weekend in the ring infront of everyone i will pull myself higher to a title shot, and i will be 2-0 and there isnt shit either of you cant do about it.
Sane walks the way as the crowd goes nuts once more. SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS CHAMP! SANE IS CHAMP!
scene fades..........
