Just a few thoughts after Worldwide 12...
1) I love the way the results are published. I know that critic chap didn't approve (btw, I'd love to know what he thinks is "mediocre" about any of my roleplays...) but I enjoy the fact that it's like a live event. I sat there refreshing as each new piece was posted.
2) The show was made up of 37 threads, which is more than any previous show other than WW1. Just goes to show how the fed is going from strength to strength.
3) But Doug, couldn't you have edited the (Insert Name Here) bit in my Trip Master attack to say Trip Master!?
4) Really looking forward to the Paul Rowland Memorial Cup, one thing though - there is no London Arena! It would most likely be The O2 Arena (capacity 23,000) although there is also Wembley Arena (capacity 12,500) or Earls Court (capacity 19,000). If you wanted a stadium setting then there's Wembley Stadium (capacity 90,000), Twickenham (capacity 82,000) or The Emirates Stadium (capacity 60,355) as well as numerous others. Right...pedantic London resident mode over!
5) Congratulations to Tsunami, a real shock for the World Title and what's more a double champion! Looking forward to seeing how that pans out.
6) Where the blue hell did my 2nd loss come from in the rankings?! Or does forfeiting the Hardcore Title to the mighty Grilled Cheese count as a defeat!? It's lucky that Grilled Cheese is my favourite GWA Superstar otherwise there'd be hell to pay!
7) Looking forward to working a match with Izzy Inzane, as well as the potential bouts on the run up to the final with the likes of Jacoby, TKO, Stardust, AJ (AGAIN!) and the long-awaited match with JD Screw! But let's face it, I'm looking forward to a potential match with Grilled Cheese most of all!!!
And that's that. Props to the management and all the superstars for another great week, really enjoying my tenure in GWA thus far. Keep up the good work everybody and let's make the PPV one to remember. If anyone has anything to add I'd love to hear it.
