(We enter a small room with a few folding tables along each wall. Each table is loaded with food. Sitting in the middle of the room on a chair behind a smaller table with a plates and silver ware is Tsunami. Amazingly enough his plate is empty, and his silver ware is perfectly clean. Tsunami stands up and grabs a few bottles of Fiji water sitting on the one table and exits the room. He begins to walk down a short hallway before stopping at a room with glass walls. Inside the room is several pieces of gym equipment. Tsunami enters the room and decides to put himself on a treadmill. This whole time a GWA camera crew has been clearly following him. As he begins his slow crisp walk on the treadmill he addresses the camera.)
Tsunami: Well here we are just a few short hours away from my biggest match in GWA history.
(Tsunami adjusts the speed of the treadmill.)
Tsunami: Each week I've enjoyed a banquet of wonderful foods before my matches. But this week is a match that is so huge! This match could easily be one of the biggest matches the GWA has seen since it's return!
(Tsunami stops the treadmill.)
Tsunami: Clearly I'm out of shape. It's yet to hurt me in my career, but I must get serious... Man the memories, the thoughts of when I knew wrestling was for me...
(Tsunami pauses for a moment. The look on his face easily explains the emotions racing through his head. He then begins to reveal some of those emotions and thoughts.)
Tsunami: I cannot honestly remember the first time I laid my eyes upon the squared circle, but when I saw all of the magic that occurred within, I couldn't help but feel as though there was something there for me. Whether it was the raw emotion that the wrestlers had when they were doing their best to compete with the best that drove me in or if it was the pain and suffering that they endured to prove that they were to best. I love watching people crush each other because it's fun to watch something full of life die before your eyes, it's within human nature to watch the suffering and rotting of others because it gives you the feeling of being a god. It doesn't matter who or what you are, there is that feeling you get from knowing that the being in front of you is lower than yourself, and that's basic human instinct at it's finest.
(Tsunami smiles)
Tsunami: This is why I must get in better shape. To say that you're not like the rest of the world around you is to hide yourself from the truth, but to state that you're not interested in how a body can break down in front of your eyes is to deny the very humanity that allows you to sleep and breath. No matter who you are or what you believe in, there will always be pain and suffering, and you should never forget that, even if you live in a hidden world where pain cannot apparently reach you. It's always there. Waiting. Watching. Writhing.
(There was a sense of stability in the air for a moment as Tsunami stood next too the treadmill, the time for the event was approaching fast, and he could feel the anticipation for the match that was to occur. For some reason, the man known simply as Tsunami was currently shaking and sweating more than he had ever done for any event, including his match which envolved Deathstroke. It was to the point where he was having a hard time concentrating on the match he was supposed to be preparing for, every single thought kept crossing is mind. For a moment there, everything was starting to really dig deep inward as he thought, and the thoughts were what drove him mad.)
Tsunami: I don't know whether it's the pure speculation at it's finest or if it is the fact that I am starting to lose what made me, but I can feel the blood rising from my heart and into my head. I can feel it pumping with adrenaline, and I can feel my heart rate increasing with every single thought as though something is starting to awake within myself. I cannot beg for mercy from the beast that is trapped inside of me, I can only allow him to show himself, and I can only hope I am strong enough to tame him in that ring. Everyone wants to win when it all comes down to it, some people want to win fair and square while others will do whatever it takes to win the match, whether it brings them honor or despair. Everyone wants to have their hand raised at the end of the night because it feels glorious, and it makes them feel like they are more than just human. It's that humanity that brings the best out of us all, and it's exactly that which I want. Suffering. Blood. Chaos. These words mean nothing to those who stare directly into the eyes of death because beyond all good and evil, there is that feeling that accomplishing nothing is the worst fate of all, and when death rings it's bell in your eyes and welcomes you to it's eternal slumber, it is at that moment that people will evaluate your life and decide for you as to whether or not you had done what you set out to do when you were born. Everyone awakens with some sense of existence, and the pain and suffering can only awaken that thought even more. It's why we hurt and bleed, that's the reason why we suffer. We learn and realize what our true potential is.
(Tsunami pauses for a moment)
Tsunami: Eventually we all reach a point where there is no turning back no matter what we do or how we do it, we all become something that we secretly wanted to become, and it could either work out in the end or it could be the death of us, we have no say or input on the issue. Once we become the spirit that we evolve into, there is nothing else to become, and it's exactly that reason why I have been hidden deep within this soul, surrounded by the theory that it's possible to hide one's own impurities. Reaching out into the shadows, I have realized that there is only way to get anything done in this world, and that's to take everything from those who have it and to become something yourself. The best way I can do this is to reach into another's soul and take what they want, and thus I will have what I wanted to have to begin with... the knowledge that another human being is worse off than I am. The fact that I will always suffer is something that I cannot hide though, thus I am drawn to feast upon each individual I encounter until there is no point, and it's thus that I am trapped within a loop of my own greed and lust... driven down to zero.
(Tsunami now allows an evil grin to come across his face.)
Tsunami: That's right, we all start out as one and end at zero because once we have all hit that loop, that's when we have accomplished what we have set out to do. Unlike everyone else though, I will never find what it is that I am looking for until I am beyond the grave. This monster I am, this monster that has been locked away for long enough will show this world what he is capable of, and hopefully that will display the true essence of zero and will show the world that there truly is a figure that can torment both the body and the mind with such power that it cannot simply be recognized. People will watch this match multiple times to see the pure determination that I have when it comes down to facing against any given man, and they will notice the purest source of pain and suffering.
(He begins to chuckle.)
Tsunami: The world will one day understand... It was quite clear that as he spoke these words, they were not his own and as he spoke them, he shuttered with each word that was spoken. It was almost as though he were reading them from somewhere, but he couldn't reach deep within to find where they were coming from, and that tore at him even more. He was losing it, and by losing it, he was sure he was losing the fight... Can't someone stop what's happening?
(He chuckles once again)
Tsunami: Nakita get ready. You're nothing more then a weak Russian. The GWA is using us like a pair of street whores. Here we have you a man from a fallen country, and myself a man from a country that was damn near flooded from the face of the earth about to do battle over the US Title. Which one of us will hold that title last? Which one of us will leave as the International Champion? Seriously Nakita your time is up. You've proven time and time again that you are weak. Did you save any of your buddies within the Russian Empire? NO! Did you or did you not play huggy hugs, ohh be my buddy with your former rival Duane Gray? YES! It's weak all weak. And at Worldwide, the beast within me will pray upon your weakness and take the International Title home. Nakita I have one question, Are you ready?
(Tsunami gets back on the treadmill as the feeds goes black.)
