**Scene opens in Alex's apartment**
Sabrina walked into the kitchen as quitely as possible. "And where do you think you're going?" the voice said and froze her in her tracks. It was Slim, Alex's best friend. "I told you to get some rest. What do you want to eat, I'll make it for you." Slim continued. "You're too kind, Slim." Sabrina sighed. "You really are too kind. I'm not handicapped, just pregnant."
"Aren't they the same thing?" Slim said. "Shut the f**k up" Sabrina said. Slim looked surprised. "Sorry. Hormones and what not" She said. Slim nodded. "So what did you want to eat?" Slim asked as Sabrina made her way back to the living room table. "Nothing just some tea." she said. "You should eat something, Sabrina." Slim said. "Ill eat when I damn well-" Sabrina started than stopped herself. "-I'll have a sandwhich or something..." she said.
Alex has been gone for a few months now. Sabrina's family hated Alex before this whole situation so out of sheer pride she refused to ask them for help. Slim, knowing this, had been coming to help her out occasionally. Sabrina stared at the TV remote and contemplated whether or not to turn the TV on.
Things were never the same after she got pregnant. Alex had a borderline break down. She was really worried for him. One day he was telling her how he wanted to make a family with her. The next day he'd be argumentative and questioning if the child was even his, the next day hed just be silent.
He was unstable, yes. But Alex at his best is still completely unpredictable. After hanging out with Slim one night they got jumped and Alex was put into a coma. At the time, Sabrina felt those were the scariest days she'd ever encountered. That was until one day Alex checked himself out and simply went missing.
These rumors of Alex running around fighting random street gangs and apparently wrestling weren't helping her any. Slim walked in with the tea and the sandwich. "Thanks, Slim" She said. Slim nodded. She tried to cool off the tea, "Slim..." she said. He looked up. "I'm sorry again for snapping like that." she said. "Its okay, really." Slim said. "No, its not. You didn't deserve that. Its just that... I used to talk to...him...like that. He kinda enjoyed it." She said. Slim smiled "I know right." he said. They both smiled briefly then suddenly felt sad. "But yeah, you've been great to me. And I want you to know I appreciate it." She said. "Its no problem really." Slim said. Sabrina looked out the window. The sun hit her hazel eyes and made them shine. "Can I ask you something?" she said. He looked up. "Why do you do this?" she said turning to look at him. Slim shrugged and searched for words. She looked down at the tea and then back at him "Is it out of guilt..." she asked. He closed his mouth and now he looked out the window.
"I feel like, If I'd have been... prepared. Maybe...." he started before Sabrina cut him off "Prepared?" she asked. She picked up the inference. "Slim, that wouldn't have solved anything." She said as she sipped the tea. "You don't know that! I could have did something, damnit. Something!" he suddenly snapped. Sabrina stared, unmoved. After an awkward pause "Sorry." he said realizing how he reacted. "Don't worry about it..." she said.
She turned on the tv to the GWA. The lights went out in the GWA arena. "Sabrina don't-" Slim started before Sabrina held up her hand motioning him to shut the hell up.

The same silouhette appeared on the global tron.
"I am the God of War. You all should enthrone me and pay your homage and honor to my sheer power...." The figure said. The crowd booed. "And I am incensed by the fact that I must face my useless opponent from last week once again to become the number one contender for the intercontinental championship. First and foremost, I shouldn't have to fight for a championship, you should collect all of the belts, melt them, and then create a shrine worthy of the God of war."
The crowd erupts into heat. "Secondly, my absolutely worthless and unworthy opponent stands no chance against me. Last week the "untouchable" Jace diggs found himself laying belly up in the middle of the ring desperately trying to keep a hold of consciousness. To place him in the ring with me once again is simply sadism..." He said as he paced to the right.
"But the God of war is generous. It is obvious you desire to learn how to properly to destroy an opponent. So I will show you once again this Sunday how to do so. And to my opponent the "Untouchable" Jace Diggs..." He stepped out into the light to reveal his fiery eyes which were currently red. "Prepare to have your dreams of ever becoming anything more than a filthy servant in my new kingdom... KILLED. Right...in front...of your face..."

Sabrina turned off the TV. Slim simply looked down he didn't know what to say. After a long pause Sabrina finally said "Slim, why don't you go home..." he looked at her "You sure? I can help with-" he started as she cut him off. "Just go the f**k home, Slim." she said. After another pause. She said "Sorry..." He waved in the air "Its fine..." he said.
"STOP SAYING THAT! ITS NOT F**KING FINE!! WHY CAN'T YOU BE MORE LIKE..." She stopped mid-sentence realizing herself... "Please just go home Slim..." she said as she stood up. "And if your coming here because you feel guilty about what happened to Alex...
...Don't come back..."
